Appointment Guidelines

To provide every client with dedicated time and care, we kindly ask that you review our appointment and cancellation guidelines before booking.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 18 hours’ notice.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise; however, failure to provide the required notice will result in full payment of the scheduled appointment being charged.

Failure to make payment will result in being unable to book with us again.

Rescheduling

If for any reason you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 18 hours’ notice.

Rescheduling with less than 18 hours’ notice will be treated as a cancellation, and full payment will be required.

Running Late / No-Show

Upon arrival, you will be required to complete a consultation form. Please allow time for this when attending your appointment.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be marked as a no-show and full payment will be required.

Failure to make payment will result in being unable to book with us again.

Attending

Please attend your appointment alone.

If you bring additional guests, they will be asked to wait outside of the clinic rooms to maintain privacy and safety standards.
